I am sorry you have to go through all the stress with teh DWP. I dont understand why I havent heard about any outcry with the new system, no marches to hand in a petition etc It seems that its left to Athos and DWP to push out these draconian measures, nothing short of terminal illness can meet the criteria. I wonder what is done in other countries. Someone up high needs to get a reality check they should

a) support those who have been diagnosed with such an illness to cope and adapt day to day living
b) give counselling and coaching advise to help them piece their life together
c) Realise that employers who want to get labour reliable and cheaply Plus throwing people off benefits is not a viable solution
d) Encourage who can give some hours to charitable and communiiy work without a stick (to improve sense of well being and worth)
e) Realise there is no such thing as full employment
f) Go after the non docmiciles, bankers and developers who drain more resources from the country than the vunerable or those on the margins of society


I feel if the system was more structured to give support than make people dive for cover then the people and country would be in a much better position.
